November 14, 2009: A New Dawn of Champions

As the show opened, Big Dan Rockford came to the ring and called Jordan O’Connor and KC
Hart to the ring. He informed them that the STW Board of Directors had decided since KC had
not kept to his contract, they would be stripped of the STW Tag Titles. O’Connor and Hart
were clearly against this decision and reluctantly handed over the belts to Rockford. Big Dan announced
that any willing two teams would compete for the STW Tag Titles that night. The first team to accept the
challenge was Team Rush. As A.J Rush was accepting the challenge from Big Dan Rockford, he was
interrupted by music. From the locker room came Nick Guidry and Alex Reigns, otherwise known as
Strong Style. With them was non other than Matt Chambers and co-commissioner Hank Basham.
Matt Chambers expressed his dissatisfaction with KC Hart and Austin Rush’s decision to turn their
backs on MCP. However, Matt informed them that there was a new dawn of MCP, Strong Style
would do what they could not. Strong Style would be the second team to compete for the STW Tag
Team Titles that night. Before they could leave, Big Dan Rockford informed Matt Chambers that he
would be competing also later that night. KC Hart had requested a match against Matt Chambers and
Big Dan was going to see that it happened. In order to ensure that Hank Basham could not interfere with
the match, it would be set as a No DQ.

Later that night, Team Rush and Strong Style met in the ring. Both teams wanted to walk out as Tag
Champions. Austin and A.J. got the upper hand in early in the match. However, Guidry and Reigns
were not going to go down easy. They eventually overpowered Austin and kept him from getting the
tag from his brother, A.J. It seemed that Strong Style would become the new STW Tag Team Champs.
However, Austin was eventually able to get the tag from his brother. A.J. came in for a full on assault.
It wasn’t long until A.J. Was able to get the pin and the ref called for the bell. Austin and A.J. Rush are
the new STW Tag Team Champions!

Another championship match was scheduled for that night. Avarice would defend the STW Texas
Title against “The All American” J-Wayne. These two talented wrestlers are equally matched in the
ring. Avarice has been the reigning Texas Champion for several months now. He has shown he can
defend his title against all opponents. However, J-Wayne wanted the belt even more. J-Wayne was able
to get Avarice into his finisher, The Red White Black and Blue Power Slam. J-Wayne was able to get
the pin on Avarice and walked out as the new STW Texas Champion!

The main even for the night was scheduled for STW Heavyweight Champion “The Elite” Dax Daring.
However, Dax had become injured earlier that night and was unable to defend his title. Instead, Austin
Rhodes, the challenger to Dax, was going to compete against Crymsyn for the title. Both contenders
became injured in the match and it showed from the blood on their foreheads. However, Krynyk came
out to the ring to ensure that Crymsyn would loose. As Crymsyn stood on the turnbuckle, Krynyk hit
Crymsyn with his signature kendo stick. This allowed Austin to gain the pin. Krynyk came into the ring
to congratulate Austin Rhodes on his victory. But Austin had learned that Krynyk was the reason he
had lost to Crymsyn in October. “The Suicide Messiah” Austin Rhodes took his STW Heavyweight
Championship belt and knocked Krynyk out. He then proceeded to hit Crymsyn and the ref. As
Austin walked out of the ring, belt in hand, he counted the four bodies of Crymsyn, Krynyk and two refs
laying on their backs in the ring. “The Suicide Messiah” Austin Rhodes is the new STW Heavyweight
Champion!
